Everything in one place. For you now, for them later.

Kinstow is a private record of where your life is held. Savings, pensions, policies, the accounts nobody else knows about. Organise it once, share what you like with the people you trust, and the rest stays sealed until it's needed.

Sealed until it's needed.

The problem

The drawer, the folder, the note on the fridge.

Everyone has a system, and nobody's system works. Accounts get forgotten, policies go unclaimed, and the one person who knew where everything was is the one person who can't be asked. Billions of pounds sit unclaimed in the UK for exactly this reason.

Kinstow replaces the drawer. One tidy record of what exists and where it lives. Not your passwords, just the map.

How it works

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your accounts in minutes.

Pick the institution, add the account number, done. Banks, pensions, insurance, subscriptions, even the loyalty cards worth something. You decide what goes in.

  2. 2

Share what you want, when you want.

Give your partner the household accounts today. Keep the rest private. Every entry is yours to share or keep, person by person.

  3. 3

    The rest waits, safely.

Anything you haven't shared stays sealed. If you pass away, it goes to the people you chose, and only after the death has been properly verified. Your family gets the map exactly when they need it.

Security

Private means private.

Everything is locked on your device before it reaches us, and we don't have the key. Not our staff, not anyone. And when the day comes that your family needs it, we don't take a certificate on trust like most services. We verify the death against the official register, and nothing is released for at least seven days, so a false claim can always be stopped.

If we ever close

What if Kinstow ever closes?

You can download your record and unlock it offline with your own recovery key, no help from us needed. Our wind-down plan will be published for anyone to read. Your family's map shouldn't depend on our survival.

Questions

Questions people ask

Is this a password manager?

No. Kinstow never stores passwords. It records where your accounts are, not how to open them.

Is this a will?

No, and it doesn't replace one. A will says who gets your things. Kinstow tells them where your things are.

Can I share things while I'm alive?

Yes, that's half the point. Share the household accounts with your partner today, keep everything else private until it's needed.

What if I forget my password?

Your recovery key gets you back in. Lose both, and nobody can recover your record, including us. That's the honest cost of privacy we can't break.
